A rare Ichiros recent release where the aim was to have a more “classical” taste profile.
This whisky is blended by Ichiro Akuto, founder of the Chichibu Distillery. As I was only able to get 1 bottle of this in, I haven’t had the pleasure of tasting it myself. As with alot of the Ichiros malt, it’s hard to find any detailed information as well if you do not read/speak Japanese. I would love a review from the purchaser once it’s bought.
I was able to trace another few bottles of this after the 1st one went out the door instantly.
