Released as part of Suntory’s 2020 Tsukuriwake selection this Yamazaki Limited Edition 2020 Puncheon Cask was aged in a 480L American Oak Puncheon cask. Suntory’s view of this is that it would absorb less from the barrels and be a cleaner representation of the Yamazaki Spirit.
